If you visit Leipzig, you absolutely must eat here! It's about 8-10 minutes from Leipzig city center in Gohlis, but the extra time is well worth it. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and passionate, and the staff speaks German, English, and Bulgarian. We started with a refreshing white wine (see photo) and later ordered a bottle of red. For starters, we shared goose and salmon. Both were beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Delicious! We then chose the venison loin, which was partially prepared tableside (see photo). Magnificent! For dessert, we had Carlsbad ice cream and Gohlis goulash. The ambiance was unique, and it was truly a Michelin-starred experience. Google, can I give this restaurant 6 stars?
