This is the real McCoy, the most delicious icecream to be eaten outside Italy. When in Leipzig I go at least once a day and try out all their different flavours. During the summer there are always queues which is a good sign because it means that everything is freshly made.No visit to Leipzig is complete without having tasted their icecream ! I just had a piece of take away pizza. 1/4 pizza for 3€ -good price, It was yummy. But the staff weren't that friendly (seemed really busy although there weren't many people) and there were no napkins. View all feedback.
On the corner of the Grimmaische Strasse and the Nikolaistrasse. We ate an ice cream with fresh strawberrys.... Enormous portion and of very good quality and above all not expensive at all. If you like ice cream, do take a stop at San Remo.

San Remo has many things to offer, but we come here for its superior ice creams which are served in many different arrangements. The terrace near the famous Nikolaikirche is also worth mentioning.
We went there to an 'espresso italiano'. It was quite good, but the price for one coffee was 5€. Unfortunately, we didn't check the price before ordering. In a bar just some steps away a coffee was about 2€. A cheaper espresso could be found...More
Found this place while looking for meal in the middle of the city Great fast service which was essential that evening Meal was well prepared and came with a great salad as well Good Italian menu Pasta dishes excellent value for city centre restaurant Staff pleasant and spoke good English
