We had a wonderfull dinner. The food was very tasty. Each dish was distinct and came with rice. The service was fast and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Nice atmosphere with the strassen bahn passing by every so often
The food is tasty, they adjust the spice level according to your taste. The Menu is widespread and the dishes taste like Authentic Indian food. The ambience is nice.
Had a late lunch and found both our meals very delicious! Very comfortable sitting upstairs and had our food very fast. Even got a small Christmas gift.
We were there with our kids and a friend a few weeks ago. Our friend recommended the place. It has a generic modern style, so we (particularly the kids) were disappointed, because when we go eat exotic we go only to restaurants that are decorated in the style of that Country. Our bad for not communicating it to our friend. The service was not very attentive nor particularly friendly and we waited more than we'd liked. They didn't even bother bringing something for the wait for the kids like most places do. Our friend said they are more attentive usually, but who knows. I mean, it was kind of full but not so full... Like other people wrote here, the food is rather germanised. Again, we were disappointed because when we eat exotic we want the authentic taste. Also, we tried a different thing each, with the idea of sharing, but all dishes tasted very similar and rather bland. Also rather sweet. Maybe it's because in our household we eat very little sugar, but still, compared to other Indian places we felt that the sweetness was more pronounced. The amount was ok, and the price is a bit above average but it would still be acceptable if the food was better. We don't mean it's bad, but it was not what we like from exotic food. We didn't want to show our disappointment to our friend, but kids have no inhibitions and were clearly displeased. So there was a bit awkwardness. But we had ice cream later and the good mood came back.
All vegetarian dishes can also be made vegan. Cream, palak paneer, and even the malai kofta, which are normally made with paneer cheese, are available in vegan versions. A real treat! The portions are also pleasantly sized and ample. Only the incense sticks weren't to my taste. Highly recommended.
