Essentially very salty hot water and noodles, with a few scraps of chicken and a teaspoon of garnish. Very ordinary. Not what would get called pho in Vietnam.

I would have appreci... read more I had the business lunch and chose Bún Tofu as a dish. Taste-wise there's nothing to complain. It was simply underwhelming and nothing new. I would have appreciated more tofu. It was mostly rice noodles. The portion size was fine. The waiter was very kind and I received my food pretty quickly.
