I have... read more I was there on June 26, 2024, at approximately 5:40 p.m. I would like to express my deep regret for the negative experience I had at one of your stores. I have always expected a high standard of service from you, but unfortunately, my last experience was very disappointing. I had purchased a meal at one of your stores that included a carton of juice. Since I hadn't opened the carton yet, I wanted to exchange it for a different variety. When I approached the employee, she declined the exchange and refused to take the carton back, even though I showed her the receipt. I then asked for the store manager, hoping he would understand and consider the situation. To my surprise, he also refused to exchange or take back the carton of juice. Even though I again showed him the receipt and told him I no longer wanted the carton, he took it and simply put it in the refrigerator without refunding me. When I then tried to buy a new juice carton of the desired flavor, he refused to sell me a single carton. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what I'm used to from McDonald's. I hope you take this incident seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure similar situations are avoided in the future.

My fries were now mostly fresh, with 30% of them being old, hard fries. Besides that, McDonald's is very dirty inside.
