I do love goulash... read more So... incorrect order delivered. Pic attached of the goulash. Looked great, but I ordered the potato soup, Thuringian sausage and sauerkraut. I do love goulash and I had to try hard not to eat it. The soup was flavorful and good. All the meat was fat and gristle. Hard to decide if that was enough to leave me with a bad impression. Sausage was impressive in flavor, potatoes flavorless and plain. Holy hannah the sauerkraut was heavenly! Thickened, small sausage pieces, some carrot shredded, bay leaves. Perfect temperature. Oh my! They get a star back for the kraut.
