The decor is absolutely stunning and traditional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is incredibly delicious, and the service is outstanding – the staff are super friendly and attentive. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Batata Harra , the cheese rolls and the sujuk – they are absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back!

After a long wait (over 30 minutes) my partner still didn't get his food. When we asked the waiter he said. You only ordered the vegetarian dish (which, incidentally, did not correspond to the menu. Rice was nowhere on the menu and other things were missing). It later turned out that he had taken the order correctly but had forgotten it. No “I’m sorry” or anything like that! My food was also inedible, it was neither fresh nor warm, but cold and tasted of nothing. We relied on the good comments and were happy. I only received cutlery upon request. It may be that in Syrian culture people eat with their hands, but I wanted to spare the other guests this sight. All in one: NEVER again!!!!!! I've never experienced such disappointment and I eat outside a lot. Worst service ever!

Okay, it can happen... noted it and improved it. However, the ginger-lemon tea tasted like NOTHING?! Then we each ordered a VEGETARIAN PLATE and the VEGAN PLATE came. I repeatedly told the waiter about this and he said he would let the kitchen know. Then another man came and asked what the problem was. I explained that we didn't get what we ordered and he said the VEGAN PLATE was the same as the VEGETARIAN PLATE. Which is not true, according to the description on the card. The man started discussing with me what the problem was. I repeated that we would like to get what we ordered... since the ingredients are different. Instead of taking the plates back and turning the vegan plate into a vegetarian one, they left them and just gave us each a piece of haloumi and börek. But the fact that the vegetarian platter contained more was ignored. For example, we had to Avoid stuffed grape leaves. We were also charged more than what we actually cost. I find it impossible and an absolute impudence to give me something as a guest who also pays without me having ordered it and then expecting me to be satisfied with it. As a SORRY there was hummus and something sweet but come on. Nope... that made me extremely angry and ruined our evening! Definitely NOT RECOMMENDATION for other Leite!
