Service, appalling; food, appalling; atmosphere, appalling! When we walked in and they turned over the stained table cloth and flicked the last diners remains onto the floor we should have walked out, sadly we didn't. Service was so bad we ended up going to the exit and waiting for them to find us in order to pay, that funnily was the quickest service we had seen all evening! Worst was the beer, poor beer in Germany how is that possible? Flat, stale, and left untouched, much like the food. Complain? Pointless given the staffs complete lack of interest or engagement. Avoid or regret!

Yes, prices for beverages are higher than usual. However I knew beforehand, but the good food was really worth it.

The food was excellent and the portions more than adequate with massive portions of rice.Five of us all had different meals with no complaints at all.Chicken Madras was excellent ( and fairly HOT!!)Restaurant is upstairs and a little bit dated, but don't let that put you off!

Individual serving us was super interesting and knowledgeable not only about the food, but many aspects of recent Indian history. But if you're not inclined to chat, they won't bother you of course, but I like to get to know more about the place I am sometimes. Great thalis and amazing chai. We'll be back again for sure!

We have been visiting the place for past few years and never have been disappointed. Curries are outstanding.
