Drinks were cle... read more We had dinner there, sat outside. Meat was great, but included too much sauce. Main dishes were around €20 each, which was fine for the quality. Drinks were clearly overpriced, arund €6-8 for a glass of wine or €4-5 for a beer. The location at the Barfussgasse is of course a plus. It was nice, but I guess there are better places in that area. Service was correct.

The area is nicknamed "baref... read more There are just so many restaurants in the heart of Leipzig but we liked the look of this from the outside and weren't disappointed. The area is nicknamed "barefoot alley" I guess on account of no cars but every restaurant and bars had plenty of tables on the sidewalk. The outside eating area were all taken but we were given a table inside which was lovely. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food lovely

The food and drink were very good. I found it a bit more expensive then like places. As usual lots of people smoking. Tried a few nice beer. I had a steak that was so tender! Good wine, dessert too expansive for me.

The pasta with beef and fre... read more We stopped here on a busy Friday evening and sat by a heated table which was perfect . Our waiter was prompt with menus and orders . The pasta with beef and fresh cherry tomatoes was delicious with a Mediterranean touch of Basil and Parmesan cheese curls. Fresh mushroom and ham pasta was also excellent as were the lightly breaded pork schnitzel . We enjoyed our meal but it was more expensive than other like restaurants
