Great and delicious!!! From the beginning to the end, drinks, appetizer and main course would still have been a pleasure in the abdomen we had also liked the dessert I tried the service uncannyly friendly was not our last visit!
Vocal overall concept, original menu, good wine offer, also in open plan, very pleasant ambience
The Fela offers a super brunch. Even the evening card with the peel variations is worth a visit.
The FELA was a random finding due to the proximity to our accommodation in Leipzig. The map initially surprised us by its originality, but after more detailed studies it was logical. After the opulent appetizer board, the number of dishes originally planned by the participants decreased, result: all were filled in a very pleasant way, the restaurant is worth a recommendation. In addition, a friendly staff, what you want more.

The brunch buffet that is offered there on Sundays is just brilliant; you have the choice between plenty (like 10-15 choices of mediteranean salads (fresh and good! , also possibility to top it with English (saussages and eggs or French classics (croissants for instance ... and fresch fruits, good marmelade, cheeses, etc. : And the staff is very helpfull and nice. A pity the price is getting high (15,90 per person last time we were there and no juice or coffee are included in this price...
One of the most uneven restaurants I 've been too. The Sunday brunch foods are outstanding Mediterranean salads and dishes, muesli, delicious deserts. Only suggestion here would be to rotate the plates before all the food is gone depending on the timing of your trips to the buffet, you might be looking at mostly crumbs with very few choices...it would appear they don 't bring out fresh food until every last bit has been taken off the prior plates. The ambiance is not up to the standard of the food: The place is very cramped and the smaller room is as claustrophobic as it is austere...and please remove the bar stools so folks don 't constantly trip over each other at the buffet. Service was terrible it took them about 40 minutes to bring one (overpriced) cup of tea and one glass of juice. By that time, we had finished two trips to the buffet and really wanted some liquid. When I inquired, I was told Can 't you see we only have one person working the coffee machine? ...When I stated we hadn 't ordered any coffee I was told I 'm not going to tell you twice and you 'll just have to wait . And do be aware that even though their website says the buffet costs 15,90, they now charge 16,90...not including beverages (when you can get them).
Great menu concept. Very tasty food. Friendly and informal atmosphere. Worth the tram ride or even the 2 km walk at vibrant Karli .
I LOOOOVED Fela! In terms of decor, i think it might be one of the very few places in Leipzig that has a distinctive concept, which might be the reason for the slightly more expensive menu. Selection of drinks is carefully selected and comprehensive. The snacks we ordered were tasty and original. Looking through the rest of the menu, the main courses on offer are definitely not your run-of-the-mill, average choices, and are on the pricier end. The service was quick and friendly, which to me is of the utmost importance. For the gin n' tonice lover, the menu offer a make-you-own gin n' tonic option, with quite a few choice of G and T's. Personal highlight: Picon orange beer. Will most definitely visit Fela again and pass on the good word.
