We had booked a table for 12.30 AM on a Saturday, but with only 2 other... read more I went here with my husband and son as we are still looking for a good diner in Leipzig. We had booked a table for 12.30 AM on a Saturday, but with only 2 other tabels occupied, that had not been necessary. As usually when visiting a place for the first time, we ordered a lot of different items from the menu to taste and share and hopefully find some nice things to order next time. My first major disappointment was when we asked for milkshakes, as it is a diner and they are on the menu. Unfortunately they did not have milkshakes and I almost got up and went to buy one at McDonalds to go with my diner food, but i had a cola instead.When talking about the food it is quicker to talk about the good stuff first. The Uni-Riesen Burger was very good and my son enjoyed it a lot. The Chicken Wings was decent but to much pepper for my husbands taste. The mozzarella sticks had been nicely taken up of the freezer and fried and so was the normal fries. But this is where the fun stops.My burger, the Steakhouse Burger, was not made with the best meat and even though they had tried to tender it up by beating it a lot, then it was tough and not good. The Corndog was completely burned and dry and should never had been served. The Spare Ribs was bland (according to my husband) and very boring. The Onion Rings also came from the freezer, prefabricated, but did only consist of about 10% onion and 90% batter. Not very interesting. The cheese fries was not good either. The cheese put on top should not be crispy but should make nice cheesy strings when taking some fries so that was disappointing and a little uninteresting. Then I would rather have their normal fries.One other thing is the price. I paid nearly 5 euros for 5 small, prefabricated mozzarella sticks, and the other things were not cheap either. Not really reasonable, I think, for the lack of quality presented here.Our conclusion is as follows: Maybe there is just no good American Diners in Leipzig and maybe we should stop looking for a good place and stop spending our money on bad food. We have been to the US and know what to expect, and this is not it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though some of them don't speak much English they try their best. I ordered the bacon burger with American fries. The burger was great, plenty of fresh vegetables on it and really good barbecue sauce. The fries were nothing special, but combined with a dip made for a good side.The portions are quite generous too for the price.All in all I was very happy with our visit and will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a good burger.
