Cityhuhn - Leipzig

A selection of food that you don't get in the restaurant around the corner. interesting dishes and spices. the food has tasted very well all and was also plentiful to get rich. unfortunately only bottle-black and no spirits. Now unfortunately the negative impression. we had already paid, but we were still sitting a little to chat. as we were the last guests (still plentiful before closing), we also did not have to make the same space for new guests. when I came back from the toilet, the chief was standing with the operation with the back to me, pointing to our group, called us as idiots who still sit in the corner after they paid and died then when I went by. I think he didn't realize I heard it. we have left it locally. he has passed us in all ease. we will not go back there. gastfreundschaft is something else.

Simple Mediterranean kitchen ... a dozen dishes ordered and everyone eats of each .. everything apparently fresh and qualitatiw good. service friendly and routined

We were in the cityhuhn for the first time. the menu is very diverse. from pasta to pizza and naturally chicken dishes is the selection very neat. our dishes were very tasty and also nicely dressed. the service was attentive and sympathetic.

The service had forgotten the complete order of food for our complete table, which it fell after 35min.I therefore asked politely after getting an agreement (everything a free drink) which was rejected. because it was a waitress and not someone from the operators, I didn't want to bring them into trouble and repeat my wish at the chef/in - but I think that would have been appropriate. the food was good and the card extensivethe ambiete is ok but has the charm of a touri-gastätte and cuts in comparison to the hip shops in the karl-heine-str. therefore worse off

We just landed in this restaurant, as our actual choice was full. in retrospect, this turned out to be a lucky hit. the cityhuhn (whose name does not fit as much as I find) is a cozy restaurant outside the city. the hummos was very tasty, as was the various calves and chicken dishes. the garlic foam was very nice, but really delicious. are especially recommended in the speckmantel. positiw are the fair prices. the restaurant is definitely worth the detour into the suburbs.
