Cafe Luise - Leipzig

Last weekend ny and couple of my friends spent a really great time at this place!! We popped up there only to have some cocktails... which btw. were awesome. Great atmosphere. Nice service. I can only recommend Cafe Luise

Service for Leipzig was very good, food was good. I currently live here in Leipzig Germany. Previously was living in North Carolina

We ate here as it was not far from our hotel across from Thomaskirche. It was a rainy, sultry Friday evening but we decided to sit at an outdoor table. Many smokers were difficult to avoid. We shared schnitzel with potato salad plus each a...glass of Riesling. The portion was generous and moderately priced but fairly ordinary

Service was mixed we had one girl walk by us over times before we gave up and went to the other entrance, where we were seated immediately by a pleasant, young waitress who was very accommodating and attentive. The menu is a lot...of standard fare, schnitzels and the like, but done very well and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very easygoing and relaxing. All dishes were well prepared and proportions were generous but not overdone
