Outrageous. An arrogant man verbally reprimanded us, saying we hadn't been able to get a table without a reservation. In my opinion, that could have been done p... read more Outrageous. An arrogant man verbally reprimanded us, saying we hadn't been able to get a table without a reservation. In my opinion, that could have been done politely. He then loudly repeated his remarks throughout the café. The cake wasn't served on plates, but in a tray. Everything was crammed together for self-service. The drinks weren't served with the cake, but arrived much later. We will not be visiting this café again. It only received one star because the cake itself was actually very good.

Although some initial negative experiences cast a shadow over our table, in the end, we were delighted to see you again and look forward to a wonderful reunion with the team, the food, and the bowling. The Canadian buffet was beautifully presented at the table. The favorites were definitely the rabbit pieces and the flambéed sausage pieces; I would have liked some of the almond balls as well, but tastes are and always will be different, and that's a good thing. Hope to see you again soon, keep up the great work! Keep up the excellent service on every lane.

Unfortunately, w... read more We received a very friendly welcome at the beginning. Prices are great. The bowling alley and drinks were good, when they were actually served. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. We had to wait ages for our drinks, and only after I went back twice did we finally get curt replies that they were almost ready. We weren't offered any food, so I can't comment on that, and by the time we wanted a snack, it was too late because the kitchen was already closed. I think it was probably very late, but even so, it would have been nicer with a bit more friendliness.
