Each piece is incredibly fresh, with the perfect balance of soft fish, tender rice, and just the right hint of wasabi. The presentation is also very elegant, making it both visually appealing and delicious. The service was attentive, and the restaurant's ambiance was comfortable, adding to the overall dining experience. This is definitely one of the best places for sushi I’ve ever tried. A well-deserved 5 in Leipzig!
