The Peterboat - LEIGH-ON-SEA

We came to the beach to Leigh on the Sean and preferred the houseboat for dinner. We went there with 4 adults and 2 children. We were very hungry and ordered many things. Everything was delicious and delicious. Especially I loved children's menu because in general children's menu not delicious. My sons loved and ate everything. Absolutely I can recommend it. Portion is big enough and everything has chips. I loved staff, especially our tablekeeper girl was very energetic and helpful.

We came here for Sunday roasts and were not disappointed. The white baby and boy catcher was of a generous portion size like the roasts. I had the hotplate for the head that was a fair part again. With your Sunday roast you will also get a cauliflower cheese that was very beautiful again. The server is friendly here and can advise you on the dishes in the menu. You only get a two-hour slot to eat your meal, but that was a lot for us. If you want to, you can visit the bar for more drinks or sit outside. Parking here is a bit hit and miss, but there are many places within 5 minutes walk. There are disabled parking, but there are a lot of stones so maybe go a bit rough. Overall, we will definitely return as the fish cake looked good!

Although it is a very busy place, the service is brilliant and the food is beautiful. We had the Sunday mixed roasts, only the complaint is that they don't give enough gravy! We need a jug. Nice place to go, recommend.

We had a great afternoon with very attentive staff, good drinks and nice dishes. We booked a table for 2 hours and had constant and attentive services by really friendly waiting staff, everything was ordered and brought to the table, food and drink. I had the chicken bacon and avocado salad, was nice. The atmosphere flourished and the view of the sea was beautiful.

Superb experience. Came on a Sunday, massively busy and yet a perfect service with kind staff and incredible food. The best fish and chips we've had in a very long time. Will definitely come back!
