What User doesn't like about The Horse Groom:
My partner and I wanted to visit the horse; we've known the owner for years. We enjoyed a lovely meal by the cozy log burner. I had no idea what a fantastic cook Simon is—the steak and ale pie was absolutely delicious, with perfectly tender steak encased in flaky pastry. The pub has such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back soon! View all feedback.
Fantastic freshly prepared food and service. (with many chips) not sure what sam austin is talking about. he must have had a few too many.
Wonderful Pub nice atmosphere, jukebox, dart board, pool table all the right things for great entertainment.

Disappointed. The fried chicken was over cooked. I felt the staff didn't look after us, which is rare in the hospitality industry. Not what I was expecting . Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Nice pub, recently done out with nice comfy seats. Staff where nice but unfortunately, no draught bitter available when we visited Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
