Shakespeare's House - Leicester

A high-quality Polish dinner that is worth every penny. The location of Shakespeare Cafe is a hidden gem unless you are familiar with its historical significance and who used to frequent there.

The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious food. However, when attempting to order food for delivery, I was kept on hold for over an hour without a response. I find this level of customer service to be unacceptable and frustrating. If I were planning a special event or group booking, I would choose to dine elsewhere.

We have been to this restaurant several times and while the food is very good, the service has now become very poor. There are not enough staff members and everything takes a long time. It is quite disappointing.

Did some good freshly prepared food. You have to wait but not too long, it’s all cooked from scratch. Both the meat and vegetarian options were good. Friendly service. Recommended.

Friendly welcome with attentive service. The chicken breast and trout were very tasty and nicely presented. Desert was good also. They have a coffee and desert deal and the meal was fairly priced. I would definitely return.
