Raviolis - Leicester

Been getting takeaways from this place a few times over the years, but stopped after last year as it was the final straw. Was good many years ago and value for money but the prices are too high for the portions of what you get and not worth it at all. Quality of the food there like it used to be, maybe rethink your prices and food quality. Sorry to say you've lost my custom as I'm not wasting my money here again

Will not be ordering from here again after today. The food is generally good but the customer service is appalling. After waiting over 2.5 hours for our meal, we were not given an apology for the lateness, only a £1 discount off the price! We were told that the driver had gotten lost from his earlier deliveries when we chased the delivery. The restaurant owners have a lot to learn about providing good customer service.

I went here today and as I didn’t have any change for parking I asked the them if I could have £1 for the machine, which they gave with no hassle. Ordered chicken burger for myself and youngest son and paneer pasta for oldest, they both loved it so much, the youngest normally needs a nudge to eat faster and eat it all, he ate it with no complaints. We will definitely be back. When it came to paying the bill I had to remind them to add the £1 on that I had borrowed. Thank you and see you soon.

Food is amazing! Everything i have ordered i have enjoyed always tasty and good quality and quantity of food. We order every Friday for our lunch at work, Always ready when we go to collect it. Never missing any items or get the order wrong. Staff are very friendly and polite.
