Morrisons Cafe Coalville - Leicester

I visited on Wednesday afternoon, expecting a decent meal, but I was blown away! I ordered the fish finger sandwich in a ciabatta, and it was outstanding! The freshly cooked chips were crispy, and the fish was just incredible—hot, crispy, and fresh.

They could reduce the wait times by offering simpler dishes. The place was busy, and the staff member was clearly under a lot of pressure. We thought she handled everything with such patience, taking the time to ensure that everyone received her attention and that their orders were accurate, even though it extended the wait. That's a rare quality these days!
