We jumped last minute on a Saturday night. I sat right away. Service and food were both excellent, especially the Naan, that was the best we ever had! So delicious and amazing consistency. I couldn't eat all of me, so I took it home and had it for lunch the next day and it was just as good. The main thing we had was also delicious and because it is BYO alcohol, the bill is very reasonable. We only live nearby and are... View all feedback.

Ordered the veg paneer for starter was bland and not even chargrilled like it should be. Mix veg curry was from frozen vegetables and again bland. I complained and asked for a refund and he said I’d have to bring it back today (not tomorrow as I suggested....as I leave far from there). They also don’t take card. Poor service, poor customer experience, poor food. Won’t be going there again. View all feedback.
Certainly one of the best, if not the best in Leicester, serves authentic dishes comparable to our domestic cooked dishes! We started with a beautiful sweet Mango Lassi, Pickle tablet and Poppadoms. All fresh and tasty and served immediately. We ate a mixed meat starter that contained Sheek Kebab, Chicken, Mutton and some potatoes in a rich and tasty gravy. The Channa chat I tried was also beautiful and reminded me of a turn on a traditional dish. For the net we chose a selection of Karahis with simple and garlic naan. I can only say that it was very tasty, the meat is some of the tenderest I have experienced, it literally melts in your mouth and requires minimal chewing. The Naan's are to die; freshly cooked in a tandoor with the right amount of home made garlic butter, fluffy, light but sturdy enough to carry all these meat juices in the mouth, although they have a pleasure to eat on their own. We ordered 3 Karahis together to testify the different taste profiles in each dish and not a single one of them tasted the same as a familiar property of Indian restaurants cutting corners to produce dishes quickly. I honestly do not know about any other restaurant in Leicester that serves their customers high quality ingredients that are very well prepared. To put it in the context, my mouth watered as I write this review think what I had eaten last night and because the dishes were great, I could take home with me to enjoy a second round. Really a pleasure and it is certainly my new favorite Indian.

Got an open mind here. I've been past a couple of times and I've been unwilling to say we haven't regret it here. I had a disc dish and it was delicious. Service was great and it was very cheap. It's not a huge place, but it feels comfortable. There's no alcohol sold, but it's Byo and Zero corkage. Also, it's just cash. Good work. Will definitely be back.
Great place to eat. Love how the curry is served in a large open dish. Quality and service is really amazing. After looking at the fox, good to cool with a quality cure.. Brian
Genuinely impressed. Don't normally leave reviews, but this place is worth a mention. Friendly welcome and the food was delicious. I went for the Asian style and the difference in flavor is quite something compared to what I've had in the past.
