Chutneys - Leicester

The delivered meal was awful. The curry was cold, the chips were rock hard, and the naan bread was soggy. The rice was also very watery. We only live a mile away, so there was no excuse for the meal to be cold. Additionally, I got a bad stomach ache the next day. I would recommend avoiding this place.

When I called the restaurant to complain, I was met with rude and aggressive behavior. The person on the phone told me to contact Deliveroo because it's not their problem, and then hung up on me. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The food was poor quality and the customer service was nonexistent. The restaurant should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered at half 8 and 2 hours later the food arrived, all absolutely cold not even luke warm was all cold. Vile would never order again joke of a place do yourself a favour and close down!!

Order for delivery. Estimated time 30 minutes. Showed up after around 90 minutes, cold and wrong, no veggie options, a lot missing. Called up and got not my problem I just make the food So I 'm going hungry and significantly out of pocket. Given the level of service and quality, I suspect this place is a scam designed to fleece people out of their hard earned money. Avoid avoid avoid!
