Amin Balti Takeaway - Leicester

This small Asian restaurant completely ruined our evening. We waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food to be delivered. When it finally arrived, it was all over the place, flavorless, and leaking. When I called to complain, the person who answered was very rude and disrespectful, hanging up on me like I was a nuisance. It's clear they don't value their customers the way they should. Many of our orders had to be thrown out. Be cautious when ordering from this place.

I had a nasty service from anim balti. This is the first and the last time ever an order with this place. If I've been waiting for an hour and a half, so I decided to call to see how long our delivery would be. The person who answered me spoke so quickly I asked him to repeat what he said slowly, The technician murmured something else and hung! So we still don't know if they gave us the food or not. We called 10 back and said with driver! 20 minutes later calls driver and says we can find our house! He gave me clear instructions that my house was right next to school when he made the order! This information had not been passed to the driver. The driver said I can't find the house! After waiting for almost two hours I told him to take him, he hung a conversation halfway. Then an order with another Hindu to carry that gave a much better service. I feel the owners of this place need some kind of training in customer service. Very disappointed.

I couldn't eat any of the food at this restaurant. It all looked terrible and tasted even worse. The portion of rice was very small and I received pilau rice instead of plain. The vegetables were hard and the meat was tough. The raita was also off.

I often order from Amin's restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and the prices are quite affordable. Any issues with dishes are promptly addressed by the owner and chef.

I have been using to take amin for years and have not had a bad meal, in fact in my opinion they stand out, particularly in their special dishes. My favorite is the particular achari chicken that is the best I have ever had anywhere while my wife goes for the spoil.The staff is really friendly, of the delivery guys who love to chat about their new car (My hobby like the head in the kitchen that is always happy.The food to bring Shop itself is not very prestigious, but that's not a problem in my books.Your prices are very tilted, so I hope you'll all go.
