What User doesn't like about Swig:
I put Sig orders for my company almost weekly. Very frustrating when you try to call the memory and the number was separated. Try to do an online order and get a butter beer that is always root beer based and even says it in the description. I was forced to choose a soda option without the possibility of picking root beer. We went to this place today and it poured rain and the girl outside the orders was dipped. We said we hope she was, and she said she was the manager of the place. Great management style not ask your employees to do something you are not willing to do yourself.
I?ve heard about their cookies for years and just happened to run across them during my travels. The cookies did not disappoint. And the combination and variety of drinks they offer are limitless. I now understand the hype!!

Why don't you put a root beer in the drink that says it comes with root beer? Not here again. I was wasted my time and $4 on a limo.

LOCATION 5 They actually have a pretty good location up there on Traverse Mountain with their drive thru. PRICE N/A I didn't purchase my drink, so I can't give it a fair score nor do I recall the prices. PRODUCT/SERVICE 5 The drink was rather delicious. I had the Loop T Loop, with an oatmeal chocolate cookie. I personally think they taste better with raisins, but to each their own... POINTERS/PERKS 5 The menu is customizable, you can easily swap out the soft drinks. I did that with the one I purchased. EMPLOYEES 5 The employees are rather friendly and accommodating.
