Can someone please explain to me why there is a tipping option at a soda shop? Is it really necessary to tip a teenage girl for pouring a soda? The only good thing about this place is the sugar cookies, but they are overpriced. I will not be returning, as $4 for a soda that I could make at home for $0.15 is not worth it. The only convenience is the Drive-Thru being open 24/7 for football moms.

The lobby of the restaurant is closed due to "staff shortages," which seems inconvenient and unnecessary. An employee with an iPad approached us to inform us of the closure. They could have easily taken our order on the iPad, but instead, we were required to use the drive-thru, which I did not feel was very safe.

I enjoy waiting 20 minutes for a fruit water, only to receive a serving of 5 small pieces. If the ingredients are not available to make the drink properly, the restaurant should be honest and inform me that they cannot serve it.

Can’t believe how long it takes to get a drink from a place that sells drinks and cookies haha. I also am not a fan of the responses to the reviews they are all the same and don’t address the questions or problems that are stated, they simply say to reach out to an email address. Still curious why it takes so long…

I walked into the lobby and asked to buy a couple of gift cards and they would not sell them to me. They told me that I had to go outside get back in my car and go through the drive-through. The girl was standing at the register and could’ve very easily rung me up right then and there. I am giving this place a one because I hate businesses that lack common sense. When somebody’s in there trying to give you money you should take it from them and not make it more difficult. I will never go back there again
