I have a meat chicken plate – food charges! But some of the chicken could not be eaten because of the hard skin. Delicious taste and great texture. Really delicious Coleslaw and spicy Hush puppies! View all feedback.

I'm not sure what's happened to R&R in the past few years. They used to have smoked burgers that were incredible. Now the burgers are extremely dry. I've continued patronizing R&R because the brisket and meatloaf were still good. But today I think I've been driven away for good. It was $14 for a tiny clump of brisket, fries, and a drink. No dinner roll or hush puppies like they used to give you. They no longer have f... View all feedback.
It's an average spot. I didn’t realize it was part of a chain, but it was decent. Located in a strip mall, it was conveniently situated for us at the moment. The menu didn't offer a wide variety of choices. It's the type of place where you walk in, place your order, get a number, and wait for it to be called, which isn’t really my favorite setup. The staff was friendly and offered some recommendations. The food was decent; I've definitely had better, but also worse. I did appreciate the option of a baked potato.
This classic barbecue chain offers decent food, but you’re likely to find better at a local roadside BBQ spot. The portion sizes are surprisingly small for the prices, service tends to be slow, and the atmosphere doesn’t stand out. Overall, it’s just okay.
Food was good but lost my appetite when the girls behind the counter didn't change their gloves once and touched their hair, iPhones, and hats.... Then touched food!!! Please instruct your staff to change and wash their hands frequently. Put away the phones! The young guy at the carving station was great. The girls could learn a thing from him!
R&R BBQ has gone downhill since the original owners, sibling brothers, sold out. The culture went from enthusiastic quality and service, a really fun place to go, to just another restaurant with hourly employees who don't seem to want to be there. Ever since the decline, somewhat simultaneous to the covid pandemic, btw, R&R staff can't seem to get food orders right. Honestly, I might as well save a few bucks and eat at Arby's. At least Arby's will fix the mistaken orders without attitude.
The best BBQ I've had in a long time! I tried the wings, pulled pork sandwich, salad, and dessert pudding, and everything was delightful.
