Overall, it was just super busy at a weekend when all parents get pizza! Not the staff that needed it forever. Drive thru is still the way to get here as it went faster than the inside and you don't have to hear people complain. At least people you don't know. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Full disorganization? the place is overtaken with young teenage staff, over half of them seem to stand to not know what to do or just hang to listen to music. I came in and ordered 8 simple pizzas and was told they were ready in 15 minutes? over 30 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be, and they said all the pizzas that they had gone to people who were waiting in transit and they did not know where my ord... $5 hot and ready, can't beat that. Drive through is nice and fast. There are better pizza places out there, but again, awesome $5 pizza option.

I like her crazy bread (have since HS), but her pizza is not the biggest. However, I love the "hot and finished pizza" idea and the fact that they drive through.
I had a big paprika pizza and crazy bread/ sauce placed on the app at 5:00. The estimated time was after 6:00. I came from Salt Lake and on my way to Lehi and was expected earlier. When I went through the ride, I explained if I had to wait, that would be good because I was early. The nice lady has my order within 5 minutes. And yes, the pizza was cut and hot from the oven. I was definitely surprised despite the 1 star reviews.
Every day 25 new families move into Saratoga Springs and realize they don 't have a home cooked meal ready for dinner. But Little Caesar 's has been the saving grace of transient families for a generation. And somehow that $5 pizza has only gone up to 55¢ in the last 20 years. And then people get online and rip Caesar 's a new one because they paid $15 for 14,000 calories of pure, cheap, saucy joy and used their T Mobile Tuesday coupon to get a pie for free. Alas, thousands of new Saratogans had the same idea! Conjured up by teens who are demanding $18/hr for their toils (else they will leave and go work for their dad 's construction business), employees of this Caesar 's are trying to keep up with a population boom that few businesses could. Us new locals are looking to save a buck right now...what with the war and the economy and inflation and (insert political candidate you want to blame here) and his gas prices, Caesar 's catches our attention. Frankly, I don 't know a better deal than a Hot 'n Ready pizza, and it seems no one else does either. They 've messed up a couple times for me. But every restaurant I go to has messed up a couple times, and most of them are not busy. To people complaining about their cleanliness it 's as clean as every Caesar 's (and most other pizza joints) that I 've ever been to. To those complaining about wait times look at the size of their kitchen and contemplate getting 400 pizza orders in 3 hours and how that would work(also, unless I order a specialty pie, the pizzas are always ready for me somehow). To those complaining about the service you 're probably twice as miserable than the poor 14 year old who was trying his best behind the register while you condescended him. I think the only valid complaint here is that they don 't have a full, complimentary bar with allocated whisky for me to pair with my $5.55 large pepperoni pizza WHAT!?!?! THESE SLICES ARE NOT SYMMETRICAL!!!!! 1 STAR!!!
