The chips were fresh, and the salsa was not only fresh but also packed with flavor. It was accompanied by a delicious bean dip. My server was attentive, ensuring my drink was always topped up, and my food arrived quickly and hot. The atmosphere was pleasant as well. This seems like a place I would consider visiting again if I'm ever in American Fork. View all feedback.

We had made reservations, but when we arrived, we were informed that no table was ready for us. To make matters worse, they seated four other parties before us, some of whom I’m sure didn’t have reservations—one even came in after us. It didn't start off well. The chips and dips were tasty, and we really liked the taquito appetizer. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was just average at best, and the service was similar. The fried ice cream was a major letdown. I don’t think we'll be coming back, as there are much better Mexican dining options nearby.
I found the carnitas to be quite lacking in flavor. The Spanish rice was decent, and so were the refried beans. The salsa was fantastic, though it could use a little more spice. The side dishes were amazing. The restaurant itself is clean, with large TV screens for watching the game, and there’s plenty of parking available. However, I probably won’t be coming back.
I absolutely love Mexican food. I?m surprised to say that I don?t think anything was made with any spice. I usually have my food made with extra red sauce since I absolutely love my food hot and spicy. There was absolutely no zing or hotness whatsoever. Even the sauce isn?t spicy, but rather sweet. If you don?t like spicy food then this place is a solid 4-5 stars for you!
The waitstaff was top notch and friendly. They were busy when we came but they did a great job letting you know. The food however was subpar. Everything from the entrees to the chips needed more salt/seasoning. Carne asada was cooked nicely but lacked flavor. Chimichanga was fried to perfection but again flavors were standard.
