This restaurant serves delicious sandwiches, a wide variety of amazing desserts, and is the first place I go whenever I'm sick and craving homemade chicken noodle soup. Some of my favorite dishes include the turkey bacon avocado sandwich on asiago cheese bread with extra Kneaders sauce, the eclairs, and the raspberry cream cheese pie, which is the best and most unique I've ever had. The breads at kneaders are great, and 90% of them are vegan. The managers will tell you that are not vegan, but if you look at the allergy nutrition part of their website, it shows the majority of the breads are actually vegan. I thought it was ironic that they say, “we only use the naked essential ingredients to make our bread” but they were with milk and eggs (which are not often in the breadmaking). Anyway, it's likely because the only people to make their bread are the bakers very early in the morning, so everyone you talk about is a restaurant manager for their sandwiches and salads, but they should really know this information. I'm sure they've lost many sales of vegans, and those with lactose allergies. Do not get her rye bread, they dye it with Carmel Coloring
They will tell you that all breads have milk. This was my answer to at least two visits. No dedicated vegan friendly options. Skip this place.
The workers didn't give anything I had as a vegan. I was super cheated.
Good place for a quick lunch - they have a passage! I always get the veggie sandwich without cheese and no kneader sauce, sub yellow must on hazelnut 12 grain bread without milk beer on the side. Although this is the only vegan option, I will never get sick of it. I also bought whole breads there for dinner or parties and they are delicious.
