Why did it take so long to make a burger and fries? Why did my food sit there on the counter getting cold waiting for someone to bring it ten feet to me ? Why were they playing bad 80’s music the entire time? Why was the burger 1/4 inch thick and over cooked? Why was it $18 for a burger fries and drink ? Why did I go there? Over priced, over rated. Don’t recommend
Terrible experience! Waited nearly 40 minutes for our food all to have one of the workers ask what we ordered?! Seriously? You either get lazy kids or burned out adults working here as a second job no management or organization. Always filthy too! The one off 10600 south is work the drive!
JCW’s never disappoints! Had lunch here with some colleagues and it was fantastic as usual.
We love JCW?s and we especially appreciated the great customer service that we got from the employee who delivered our food, Savannah. She was very positive, helpful, and professional. And JCW?s recently fixed their shake issue (for a little while themini shakes seemed to reduce in quantity at all locations, but I?m guessing they saw the light! Thanks for making very tastyfood!
This place is incredibly overpriced that I get sticker shock ever time I go. Last time I went a couple years ago, I got the smallest sized cookie dough shake (which now costs $6). It had only about 5 pieces of cookie dough in the entire thing. I wasout with my family and decided to give it another try thinking maybe it was just a fluke before and got the small size cookiedough shake (the middle size, which is actually pretty big) and it similarly had just a few cookie dough pieces on top and a fewon the bottom and the entire middle was just plain vanilla soft serve ice cream. It cost $7. I guess it wasn't a fluke. Won'tbe returning.
