Extremely slow to get our food. We ordered an sandwich and a salad and it took 45 minutes to get it to us! My grilled cheese sandwich came cold with the cheese already back to the solid point instead of melted. The salad was good. They brought out a couple free food items for us to sample while we waiting for our food to arrive. Overall I was underwhelmed with the food experience here. View all feedback.
The service was incredibly slow; it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering a sandwich and a salad! My grilled cheese sandwich was cold and the cheese was already solid instead of melted. On the bright side, the salad was enjoyable. They did offer us a few complimentary bites to taste while we waited, but overall, I was disappointed with the dining experience.
The food is excellent, though on the expensive side, but it's customized specifically for you.
