Café Zupas - Lehi

Second time I try Zupas in Lehi, and again the people there were dragging their feet to get your order. Also, the meal is getting more expensive and they are charging tip now as well, even if it's to go. I used to like Zupas, but I guess it's time to change and go elsewhere. Disappointed!

You walk in and it’s so dirty. You got chemicals above food (sandwich) stations, dirty tables everywhere, dirty dishes and trash all piled up, floor looks like it hasn’t been swept all day. Employees (night) all wearing headphones, not smiling, not paying attention when people walk in. I worked here for years and remember how important cleaning was to them. Expectation was HIGH. Now it feels like a McDonald’s. Don’t get me wrong the food is still great! I eat it all the time.

First got exposed to Zupas food while working at this location. Was very quickly converted, and the manager of this spot is personable and energetic. Tell him I say hi if you head in. My personal favorite is the Mediterranean protein bowl and some roasted red pepper and lobster soup, with three or four dashes of tapatio. You get a lot of food for your money, which is great. Only complaint is that the desserts are so-so. Almost everything else on the menu is great.
