What Kelvin Ward doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
This place has gone downhill. Wings were over seasoned an insane amount. Took about 15m for our server to even come talk to us after sitting down and the place was dead. Will try again in the future if this location doesn't go out of business, but whoever is managing this location needs to do something. View all feedback.
Forgot my drinks didn’t have the sauce I wanted so gave me plan wings . Called to see if they would give me another kind of sauce said the could do anything .
My friends and I went Buffalo Wild Wings and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Firstly, upon arrival, we were seated at a table that was clearly dirty, and despite bringing it to the receptionist's attention, it remained uncleared throughout our entire meal.To add to the unpleasantness, our server had a terrible attitude and seemed disinterested in providing decent service. When we requested slices of lemon, instead of bringing them to us on a clean plate or dish, she handed us a cup lid that looked like it had been scavenged from who knows where, which was completely unsanitary.On top of that, we were informed that they could only provide us with one small cup of ranch dressing because they were out of ranch. This seemed incredibly odd for a restaurant known for its wings and dipping sauces.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and strange shortages left a sour taste in our mouths, and I would strongly advise against dining at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. Save yourself the disappointment and find somewhere else to eat.
I had an unfortunate experience with my recent order. Despite ordering online with specific instructions due to allergies and preferences, my order was incorrect, including the omission of all side dishes. Upon calling the restaurant to address these issues and discuss a possible refund for the discrepancies and the tip, I experienced an extended wait time on the phone. This has led me to decide not to patronize this establishment in the future.
Food was good as always, but service was awful. Took forever to be seated when the place was practically empty, and all the servers hid in the kitchen while the bartender did all the work cleaning tables and checking on guests. Great bartender, awful service. I’d give the service 0 if I could.
