The food at this location is always on point. I live in Draper but travel to this location Because the people, the atmosphere, the servers are great to be around. Find nights or football games everybody gets into it and it's a good time. View all feedback.
What Balaam Cervantes doesn't like about Bout Time Pub Grub Lehi:
The hours listed online were incorrect. I arrived at 11:30 AM on a Monday, and the doors were already locked, even though the website stated they closed at 1 AM. View all feedback.
While the atmosphere is great to hang and catch a sport game on each number of televisions, it is not a great place to gather. music is kept on a loudness that can be heard loudly even with few people there. the personal is friendly enough, but the service is on a minimum, especially when a meal quantity arrives. follow up for possible needs happens quite often as long as they keep their register card open. they are in the middle of the price design on most of their menu, a bit high for their cocktails and drinks menu. the toilets are clean and well maintained. the Irish carrots and (spring rolls) on the menu were delicious enough, but not enough to hype the review.
The drinks were good but when it came to the end the owner came to us cause we didn’t tip on our card that we can’t come back. Evan though I was planning to tip with cash, but he said that. The owner needs to be more nice to his customers
Food was nothing out of the box. Or everything out of a box.. nothing fresh and crisp.. Wings are big. Had slow service. Most of the employees hung out together. When I looked around there was almost everyone was waiting to get there servers attention.
I really wanted to like this place as the bar tenders were nice all though very busy. First o asked for an Ol Fashion made with Bullit. It came out orange, and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. The other bar tender did notice I wasn't touching the drink and made me another one which was better but was way too sweet. Next I had ordered an appetizer (Monte Crisco Egg Rolls) and after waiting close to an hour for them I finally got thier attention. First was told it was two orders ahead then mine would come out. After I watched several orders go out I decided to give up and cash out. Got someone's attention to notify the bar tenders I was chashing out. Guess what.. they brought me my order as they handed me the card machine. I asked for a to go box and left. The front ID checker was really cool and I let him know what happened. He was surprised they didn't take something off the order.. I told him just make sure the manager is aware, thanked him and left.. normally I'm quite considerate of servers as I travel a lot for work, but this was pure negligence as a server or staff..
+1 Food +1 Drinks -3 Service For context, a group of my friends came and drank/ate and I was DD. Service was a bust, waiting ridiculous amounts of time (nearly an hour) between our server checking on us when it wasn't particularly busy. And a fundamental fail on service when our server/kitchen when I stated that my friend had a dairy allergy at least twice. If people are drinking and possibly drunk and clearly state a deathly allergy, I think it should be priority. So it shouldn't have to be a second friend that notices it's a completely wrong order with blatantly obvious cheese on it. Food, the Monte Cristo Egg Rolls were phenomenal! The burgers were pretty decent too. Drinks, decent.
