What Nicolas Giraud doesn't like about Le Bouchon du Ferret:
long, long, almost 2 hours waiting between the entrance and the resistance plate! oysters with champagne sabayon at the entrance, 3 oysters gratined on a leek bed, without feeling the sabayon. but a lot of pears. for 3, with a glass of wine, a coca and gaseous water 162 euros.
