Diversia - Leganés

This place is a mess. Staff is nice but unfortunately they are not well coordinated. The result is a poor customer experience. Service is slow and food quality is pretty bad. It has a small playground for kids which is nice but that about all. There is nothing more positive I can say about this place.

Yesterday, Saturday the 13th, a group of 6 friends went to eat. They wanted to seat us at a table of four people and we couldn't fit. We went out to the street and they again advised us to go inside. This time and after a small complaint they sat us at a proper table. The food took a long time and longer. Serving each one at a different time, so the meal as a whole never existed. My dish, salmon salad with vinaigrette; I had a bag of salad, a liter of oil and vinegar and something similar in color to salmon, slimy and tasteless. (If a diner leaves a full plate, the minimum is that they ask or are interested in why? Entrecôte with vegetables never existed, only the meat, soggy and tough. My partner's cachopo... sad. The chicken burgers out of time for my colleagues and the brava potatoes (well, that's very bravas Very bad service and attention. A shameful recommendation they made to us. And the worst thing is not being interested in the mess and leaving a large part of the food to us. Congratulations, it couldn't have been worse.

The food is good but it depends on the day you go and the waiter/waitress who serves you is faster or not.

The place and the waiters are nice. I've gone several times, both to eat churros and porras and to take tapas, and I recommend the site. Besides, it's always open. It is true that one day I went (time ago) and there was no gate.
