I'm not a fan of seafood and they have a huge Selection of seafood. The seafood has very pungent smell to it of which I am not a fan. But if you can get past the smell of seafood this is a great little supermarket. It doesn't matter if you are Chinese or black or white this is the best place around to get your meats and fresh vegetables. The meat comes in good sized portions and is very fresh but best of all it is re... View all feedback.
What Victor Duhamel doesn't like about Lucky Garden:
There were 7 people in our party and there was a 30 minute difference between every body getting their meals. It is run by two people, one chef and one very nice overrun server. She needs a helper. I hear that her pies are to die for, but we could not even think about eating dessert. The food was very bland and had a bad after taste. On the car ride home my son's stomach was turning. You will enjoy it if you like your... View all feedback.
Very good food. We had the Smorg on opening day. They are still figuring out what days to have future smorgs.
Meat prices are less according to other grocery stores, also their fruits and vegetables were fresh. They have collection of frozen fish items.
Asian store for Asian people or kind of unique stuff is available and employees at till are every polite and respectful. If any one who is non vegetarian will get vast variety of various meats. Today was my first visit there and I will recommend and personally going to visit when ever I will be near by.
Situated in the heart of China Town in Edmonton, this grocery store offers a diverse selection of products, including imported goods, seafood, halal meats, and other meat products, as well as local groceries, vegetables, fruits, and more. They also sell lottery tickets and serve hot food that is freshly prepared daily. Overall, it is a great grocery market in the neighborhood.
This is one of my favorite Asian supermarkets in Edmonton. I mostly go there for fresh halal meat and they have a good selection of fish. However, the downside is that there is a strong smell when you enter the store. They also have unique produce that you can't find at other supermarkets, such as spices, Asian vegetables, and other Asian products. The prices for regular items are a bit higher compared to larger stores like Walmart Superstore. The cashiers I have encountered have all been friendly and nice.
