When I parked, I noticed two state patrol ca... read more I found myself stranded between apartments 2 and 13 due to the heavy rain and no response from roadside assistance. When I parked, I noticed two state patrol cars nearby, but nobody checked on us, and not a single car stopped to help. Eventually, I decided to reach out to Casey. Thankfully, JW was able to change my apartment and helped us get ready to head home. I really appreciate all the assistance!
