The Cheesecake Factory - Leesylvania

Manager very rude my plate was dirty and I just wanted to point out to him and he didn’t even say sorry he made excuses and then responded saying “again “ in a smart tone saying it wasn’t dirty! This was on 5/19/24

I recently took a friend visiting from Canada to The Cheesecake Factory, hoping to show them a great dining experience. Unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing.Before we ordered, I specifically asked our server to ensure the check was given to me. However, despite my request, the server handed the check to my friend while I was away from the table, and my friend ended up paying for the entire meal. This oversight was frustrating and disappointing.While the food was quite good, the drinks were just okay. Additionally, the restaurant was extremely noisy and crowded, which detracted from our overall experience.Given these issues, I don't plan on returning to The Cheesecake Factory anytime soon.

I WAS EATING HERE MAY 16, 2024 AND THE FOOD WAS SALTY AND UNDERCOOKED. WE TOLD THE STAFF ABOUT IT AND AGREED TO GIVE US A NEW ORDER. AS WE SAT WAITING FOR OUR FOOD WE SAW 2 RATS SCURRING UNDER TABLES. WE THEN SAID OH NO WAY ARE WE EATING HERE. WE CALLED THE MANANGER OVER A BLACK GUY WITH LONG BEARD AND HE WAS ACTING LIKR HE WANTED US TO KEEP IT HUSH HUSH. SOME PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING FOR A DOLLAR AND THATS SAD. THE TABLE ACROSS FROM US SAW THE RATS AS WELL AND THEY JUST GOT UP AND LEFT WITHOUT EVEN PLACING A ORDER. WE WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS CHERSECAKE FACTORY LOCATION AGAIN. THIS LOCATION IS IN WOODBRIDGE VIRGINIA AT POTOMAC MILLS MALL. WE WERE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS A FOOD CHAIN LIKE THIS IN A HIGH TRAFFIC AREA HAVING RATS RUNNING AROJND UNDER TABLES. SHAMFUL

My poor mom is extremely lactose intolerant and she specifically asked for no cheese and they brought the food OUT THREE times with cheese. 3rd time she didn't notice until we got home

Ate at this Cheesecake Factory for the first time in several years. The food was good. Not Great but not bad. The service was slow and even that was OK because we knew it was a Friday night and expected it to be a little slow. The atmosphere gets a 1 though. Dining area was a mess. Tables sat with dirty dishes waiting to be cleared. But the WORST part was the ladies room. All 4 trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. The handicap stall that also had the diaper changing table had changing pads and dirty diapers falling out of it. Soap dispenser was out of soap. Pretty sure that bathroom would not pass a health inspection. Gross, gross, GROSS!!
