What Jeremy Alicea doesn't like about Dunkin':
I thought the drive thru speaker needed to be updated because they can never hear me. But it was marked right on my receipt. I ordered the sausage wake up wrap and got a sausage burrito. After telling the manager she said she didnt hear that and told me to pull into drive thru parking spot. A worker came and gave me the same thing!! Restaurant is clean and nice looking, but the staff can be very disorganized which causes miscommunication and small mistakes. The order you receive will either have a minor piece missing or wrong. We go here due to its vicinity to where we drive for work. The younger crew work hard to keep up so cudos to them. My suggestion is to slow down, listen to what the customer wants and not focus on the commotion at that mom... View all feedback.
