No lettuce I get it, no fajita veggie I get it. However, the attitude/service provided by the young Caucasian boy was unacceptable. Boy a message for you, learn manners!!!! 5 stars all the way. Passing by on my way from NJ to NC. One of the best meals I've ever had at any chipotle and got amazing portions. Very friendly management too. Highly recommend!
I never like going to this location because the portion of food is always small and the customer service is terrible. I ordered online and asked for an extra portion why am I receiving two bowls without the portion I asked for? Every Chipotle I have been to gives me the exact portion I ordered and has the order on the shelf at the time of pickup. This is the only location I have been to that doesn't do this. Then the workers will stare at you without assisting with your order. Waited at least 10 minutes before the lady did assist us for pickup. Will not be coming back at all.
I had a mobile and ordered a burrito, they made a bowl. Which is no big deal but when I went back in to get a burrito, they just dumped the bowl in the tortilla. which would be ok but my burrito was literally falling apart. it wasn’t closing properly, and it made it impossible to eat as a burrito. the employees were overall just not friendly either.
Food is ok, but service could be better. Gave me a tiny bit of chicken on my burrito. Sold me tortilla chips, but didn't give me salsa. Had to go back to ask for it. Then gave me only half a small container of salsa, which obviously wasn't enough for the amount of chips. Generally a don't care attitude.
I placed an online order, correct address, correct name, everything. Order wasn’t on shelf so I asked associate if my order was actually ready, but she said it wasn’t ready and wasn’t in the system. I asked her maybe if someone took it off the shelf on accident? But she said they could not do anything. I had to get in line to order in person then, and the customer service was horrible overall. The lady could not wrap a burrito in my order, but it looked like she didn’t even try. She put it in a bowl. Then the guy at the register forgot to ring up my bowl and burrito in the same transaction, so I had to pay double tax and 2 different transactions. Overall horrible customer service, do not recommend.
