If you love delicious BBQ with an amazing selection of pages, then come to Yummy Pig. Their ribs should kill and die as they cook them all day out on a big smoker. Staff are also very nice and we are manned, they never hesitate if you need anything. Beyond food and staff there are TVs to see and the overall atmosphere is excellent. I would definitely visit again. View all feedback.
As always delicious bbq. Love the food the decor and the staff. We never had a bad meal or bad service. Go on! We ate the Yummy Pig several times. We make special trips here to eat. The owners are the best they are super friendly. Much pride goes into what they do. You have to go there and try the Bbq!
Awesome atmosphere! Felt well cared for there, the waitresses and host were very helpful which meant a lot since it was my first time eating there the bbq was pretty authentic which I liked, will be stopping there for future lunch hangouts!
Great ambiance, service and food. Outdoor and indoor seating options. We had a hard time choosing so we ordered everything and enjoyed every bite.
Delicious! My first time here. Had a delicious meal with the smoked brats, rib tips, cucumber salad, and macaroni'n'cheese. The server was Incredibly kind and gave me great recommendations. Rib tips: out of this world!! Sauce was delicious. Brats: yummy and salty in the way you would hope. Cucumber salad: loaded with dill, thinly cut, absolutely beautiful with the hearty meats. Macaroni'n'cheese: holy cow! Creamy, cheesy, delicious. I also got a craft cider and the S'mores Lava Cake. Yum yum! So great and dripping with chocolate and whipped cream. I truely felt like I was being treated like royalty. Ambiance is wonderful and it smells great!
We stopped at Honey Pig for lunch. It is a mom and pop restaurant right near old town. I love BBQ and really wanted to like it. The service was super slow but generally friendly. We ordered the hotdogs with BBQ chili because the chili with BBQ sounded amazing and they told us it did not have beans. It came out with beans and there was no sign of any BBQ meat. Spicy Onion rings were a $2.50 up charge which was steep for what we got. They were okay. We ordered a side of brisket which came out unevenly hot which is usually a sign of microwaving. The meat was dry. We did try the appetizer that included hot wings, fried pickles and waffles. The wings were crispy and the wing sauce was amazing. The fried pickles used thick cut pickle chips and also had a nice breading that gave it a good crunch. The dipping sauce was bland. I had to sample the BBQ sauce. All four were pretty good. I liked the sweet bourbon sauce the best. It did seem like they were trying hard but did not have the right systems in place for the food or service. Will probably not go back.
