What User doesn't like about The Vineyards Winery At Lost Creek:
Food and presentation was excellent. Atmosphere was dark and trying to be upscale and sophisticated; however, that was ruined by the diner like chairs. There was cork or sediment in my glass of wine, but the server said that was just floral notes. Pours are extremely small- about 3 oz for a glass. View all feedback.
My man treated me to this wonderful winery. Beautiful scenery while sitting outside. The service was exceptional. We had Shannon as our waitress and when I say she had the best hospitality service and she was very attentive to us I mean it. I really appreciate how well she serviced us. Compliments to the executive chiefs as well, they made our experience wonderful. Oh the Trinity was our favorite wine.
We visited recently based on a quick search of Virginia wineries that are farming sustainability, as I tend towards low intervention wines, and it was such a great find! The wine is fantastic, the service was great, and the food was incredible and really well priced. I’m not in the area often, but would definitely go back and have been recommending it to everyone!
Food and wine was good. The atmosphere was cumbersome. Didn 't feel relaxing or welcoming at all. There was a members only outside patio area, as well as inside seating that looked very cramped, and dark. Outside seating for the non members in the back yard. A different protocol for each. It just felt weird. No music and shrubs/flowers unkept. Photo of the cheeseboard.
Wonderful ambiance and love the wine. Tried multiple during a barrel tasting and would highly recommend making a trek through the back roads to get here.
