I went there to use my 3 for $17.99 sub coupon, and the gentleman who assisted me was awesome. He took his time making my subs the way I wanted them and he did it within a professional manner. It was around 4 something when he got there, but he immediately washed his hands and started working. Today my experience at subway on 14st located at 1320 South 14th Street Leesburg, Fl 34748 was very bad. Time I walked into the restaurant the service was rude. I understand that they were accepting cash only but she said it with an attitude. If I could give negative stars I would, and I never do reviews, but taking my money I have no choice. I ordered delivery directly through subways app. My order was cancelled last minute, when called to ask they said they ran out of paper on the ticket printer and couldn't see what I wanted to order so they canceled and hoped I would call. I said I didn't want to place a new order as it was already half hour past the delivery time I set. I then asked about returning my money as I just paid 30 dollars and wasn't getting anything. They said in 3-4 days it would be back in my bank account (still bs cause it didn't take them much more than 10 seconds to take my money). Anyways I waited a week and my money still hadn't showed up. I called and talked to a Jessica who said I had to request a refund through door dash. I said I didn't order through door dash I ordered directly through the app, and paid you the money. Who ever you contracted to delivery my food has nothing to do my original payment and order method. She put me on hold for a out 5 minutes and then said I had to come into their location within the rest of that week to get a refund. Went in on a Saturday and a women working said she was never told about that and couldn't refund my money even though I showed the charge, the cancellation notification from subway and that it was never refunded. So basically you scammed me and made me waste more time and more money on gas/lost work hours to come in and STILL NOT GET MY RIGHTFUL REFUND. DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE

Both her and the young lady with the long blue hair pick up on the other lady’s energy and she threw my sandwich in the bag and walked away the Service was very horrific and it made me very uncomfortable. They were very unprofessional.

They are way better than the subway in okahumpka us hwy 27 48
