Pizza Hut - Leesburg

The place feels dark and rundown. Right in the middle of lunch hour there was absolutely no one there but us. The pizza we had was ok but not like we remember Pizza Hut's being. We definitely won't go back there.

We ordered the Original Supreme and it brought back memories from when Pizza Hut was the It Place . The ingrediants tasted fresh and the crust was very good, it did need a little longer in the oven.The App was inaccurate for the Ready time , it told me 55 min, but the email confirm was 15 min. Cashier was friendly and the pizza was ready when I arrived in 15 min.Atmosphere: Needs more lighting inside.We 'll be back.

I called in for a delivery last night and after all the questions and getting my address and hotel room number with terrible customer service I might add I was told there was an hr wait well I have a you g family that was starving and ready to eat so I said that’s fine.. I knew they weren’t gonna deliver for some reason I just knew but decided to wait cause maybe I was wrong well after two hrs pizza never showed up.. this is by far the worst service I’ve ever gotten from a Pizza Hut don’t waste your time are your families time waitin for a delivery to never show up.. you could tell that they don’t even wanna work much less take an order

Idk what they did but their pizza just doesn't hit the way it used to.

This, Pizza Hut location has done a complete 180 in service and customer satisfaction. They are friendly, customer oriented, and ready to get your food out of the kitchen. It brings back memories of Pizza Hut being my favorite. Pizza and I enjoy ordering from them through the app.
