I recently took a large group of my nursing home residents for lunch. This was our first lunch outing of the year and many of them have not been out in public in years much less out to eat, so we were nervous about the whole ordeal. Our server, Lexi, was fantastic. She was SO patient with my group. We were admittedly disorganized and needy but she was so incredibly kind and helpful and that made our experience wonder... View all feedback.
What Michael Ewing doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
Got seated then sat for over 20 minutes and never met by waiter, got up and left, will not return to this location. Not the first time weve had a bad experience at this View all feedback.
We went to Olive Garden after my musical to celebrate along with my Birthday. 6 guest. Time approximately 7:30 pm. On a Sunday. The restaurant was not to busy and there was no wait. Our server was very frumpy she seemed to not be Interested in serving us. She brought everyone their cold beverages but I waited 15minutes for a glass of wine. She then said she gave me the 9oz instead of the 6oz because i had to wait so long, and was going to only charge me for the smaller pour. She took our orders then disappeared for a bit. We finally got our salads but never got our bread sticks. Glasses of beverages were now empty for some time. Empty salads and dishes as well. When she did return we asked again about bread sticks and refills. She said working on that! Left with out refills nor removing bowls or plates. Then 5 of the 6 dinners came to the table and our bread sticks. Our food was room temperature not hot. It would have been nice to have had them with our salad. Then my husband sought out the manage because at this point it was absolutely shameful how bad the service was. It's now just about 9pm. The manager assisted us with stepping up on beverages and bringing out the final dinner, which was hot, that had been missing. Apologizing and refilling drinks asking what else she could get. She offered us a family discount of 25%. Sad to say it still wasn't worth Mediocre room temperature food and that wine was full price! I always use to like olive garden. Doubtful now.
30-45 min wait time to receive our food and when my husband ordered the tour of Italy the portion size was small sadly so was the
We were celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. We were a party of 14 people. Scott, our server, was very efficient and so friendly.
My husband and I just love the shrimp scampi. Love, love the pairing of shrimp with asparagus and diced tomatoes. A big plus is the Angel Hair pasta which was cooked perfectly! My husband was new to the Pasta Fagioli soup which he loved! I am never tired of the fresh salad and there’s something special about having fresh Parmesan cheese added at table side, as much as you care for. Our waitress Bri was a delight and so efficient!!!
