Ordered 5 breakfast burritos with sauce. I went directly home the burritos were cold, no sauce, non napkins.Called, spoke to a manager. He would replace them but I would have to drive there again (waste of my time). He never did apologize. Not a quality manager, service or product. Very disappointing!! View all feedback.

Food was good. Service was bad. Had to go into store because they did not bring my order out to spot 3.
Went through the drive thru, placed our order.. and it was wrong.Part of what we ordered was never even rang up, so therefore, we didn't get part of our order.I ordered the simplest thing, a six piece chicken nugget with sweet and sour sauce. The chicken nuggets were well over cooked and dry, and they didn't even give me my dipping sauce. We had to ask for straws and later discovered that there were no napkins in the bag.
