Today I attended a service for a friend. His family ordered some catering from you.I am from Mass and I just want to say that I have gone to quite a few places for an Italian sandwiches and have to tell you I have NEVER had one a great as yours. Very rude and dismissive customer service. The entire time I was there I was trying to figure out if I did something wrong. I was very respectful while waiting for my order. Then I asked for extra sauce and it was pitched on the counter to me.. smh I will never return. No hello/ welcome/ smile/ Good bye/ thanks for coming...nothing from the entire staff. This is a very nice restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was good.
Great subs today. My grandson and I will definitely make this a regular place. Nice small town feel and not corporate. Support small business.
