We were not gre... read more 6/12/22 Service at this location has been going downhill for a bit, but it was very noticeable tonight. Staff were not friendly when we came in. We were not greeted, no conversation with us until they were done completing a few mobile orders. Had no large tortillas for burritos/quesadillas, no black beans, and no sour cream.

There service has gone down drastically. Poor portion control guy in front of me got twice as much chicken as i did payed the same price. The rice was rock hard... read more There service has gone down drastically. Poor portion control guy in front of me got twice as much chicken as i did payed the same price. The rice was rock hard. Couldn't eat most of my bowl. Wouldn't recommend at least this location.

Calling the store is no he... read more Placed an order for 2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 drinks through the Chipotle app, was delivered with both entrees and guacamole missing. Calling the store is no help, as the automated system is buggy and will not let you talk to anyone. I was finally able to chat with a live person and they were not able to refund the order or the delivery fees. I did get a voucher out of it, but why would I order again and waste more time and money?

Often making burritos... read more This location seems to suffer from what most Chipotle locations suffer from, people who clearly don't care or have never eaten a burrito. Often making burritos with wildly varied amounts of condiments/salsas from what one would typically expect. So wheneating you end up with either far too few or massive amounts of things like salsa, cheese, or lettuce. Also, over the yearsChipotle has become more and more bland. They have tamed their cheese sauce to be in competition with a melted block ofVelveeta.

Woman with children walked out half way putting her order together in frustration. I was harassed by cashier on his down time about Tabasco sauce bottle. Hewas bussing down tables. I just got my drink can I get chance to use it? Harassed me again 7 minutes later about same bottle. 2other guests had same bottle at their table I guess I was approachable because I observe and he didn't go to them about it.Felt singled out. Maybe because I was Hispanic with construction attire. Not a pleasant experience.
