Despite being called a sandwich, they are b... read more Fantastic place to have lunch! Biscuits here are the cathead type, because they're literally as big as a cat's head. Despite being called a sandwich, they are best enjoyed with a little fork and knife action. We had the Cure and Buford's Biscuits, and they're just as delicious as they look, if not better. Big enough to satisfy our appetites, almost had enough for leftovers! We'll definitely be back to try the other offerings.

I went on a Saturday morning and the wait time was about 20 minutes.

The biscuits were perfect, with a fluffy inside and a lightly crispy outside. The bacon biscuit had a delicate mustard flavor that worked well, while the sausage biscuit delivered a nice, mild spice without being too strong. The sausage gravy was excellent! Fair warning—these portions are generous, so come hungry or plan to share.

I appreciate that they take their time to ensure your order will be perfect. Honestly, even the coffee they serve is of top quality and quite tasty(I'd rather drink their coffee than that of some of the local coffee shops). The chicken they serve is delicious due to theirbrine. I typically order the Nashville biscuit and it has always been delicious. Sometimes it's spicier than others (made freshdaily), today was extra spicy which I really enjoyed, the cole and house brined pickles balance it out just right. We also had aCure biscuit today, man, the gravy, poached egg, and chicken were on freaking point, just plain good. It's a place I make aneffort to recommend to others and bring family when they visit. I highly recommend it just for the food. I could also recommendit just based on the folks that work there, they are always kind and inviting, especially Charles. The quality and taste areworth the price. Great place!

However, we o... read more The biscuits here are absolutely delicious! When placing our order, we were told we may have to wait up to 45 minutes due to the busy brunch rush. However, we only had to wait about 20 minutes in the end! The biscuits were absolutely delicious and sofilling; if it weren't so delicious, I probably would have eaten half and saved the other half for later! I ordered the Bufordand also tried the Nashville. The service was very friendly and the restaurant has a nice vibe.
